Reptile birthday parties and events by A.R.K. are fun and educational. We will come to your location, and share our absolute love of reptiles, why they are important for our environment, and what to do when you spot one in its natural habitat. As age groups are different, each show is adjusted (time and information) to fit the appropriate age of your child. We help both the children and the parents with their fears and apprehensions about Reptiles, and most of the time, people who thought they'd never touch a Reptile touch, hold, and enjoy learning about our scaly friends!
We bring only non-venomous reptiles. We also provide waterless hand sanitizer before and after any contact with our reptiles. The goal is to excite the children and have fun, so they can laugh and understand that reptiles are animals like most others. What's more fun than getting your picture taken with a beautiful reptile in your hands or on your shoulder?
To reserve an event:
First, confirm the date and
time of the event with us either by phone (214) 228-4966 or by email
Then, at time of booking we will require a $50 deposit that
secures your date.
The remaining amount may be
paid by cash, check or credit card on the day of the event.

Deposits are non-refundable but you are able to change dates and times according
to availability.
We ask that you reserve your date at least a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, however you if just discovered us please contact us for availability even if there is less than 2 weeks notice if we can fit you in we will..
Tips are not required, but are gratefully accepted. All tips are given to our volunteer helpers who give freely of their time to help make your event safe and fun for all.
We arrive about 15 minutes before you want us to begin our presentation. This allows us to get set up. Help with getting our equipment in is gratefully appreciated. It is also helpful if the guests are not occupying the area where the presentation will be while we are setting up.
We need enough space for all of your guest to sit comfortably. We bring either a 4 foot or 6 foot table depending on the space you have available. Be sure to let us know if you do not have room for our table so that we can make other arrangements.
Unless otherwise arranged all parties are indoors. Our reptiles do not do well in extreme weather. If you wish to have an outdoor party make sure we are aware at the time of booking. There is an additional fee for outdoor events. Temperatures can not be any higher than 90 degrees or lower than 70 degrees.
All personal pets must be kept away from the area where we will be doing our presentation.
Once the presentation begins we ask that everyone remain seated and no loud noises or fast sudden movements. This is to ensure your safety and the safety of our reptiles.

We realize and understand that our reptiles can bring on some enthusiastic responses from all audience members including the adults. For your safety and the safety of our reptiles if is very important that all guests follow the safety guidelines.
Remain seated at all times through out the presentation.
If you have a question or comment raise your hand, we will try to get to everyone before the presentation is over.
Avoid loud noises and sudden movements.
Please pay attention to the ARK Adventure Guides and follow their instructions so that your event will be a safe, successful and fun event for all.

Yes, we currently have 12 species to
choose from and we have access to others so if you have a particular species in
mind if you do not see it on our list, just ask we may be able to have it on
hand for your event. It does cost extra for special requests. Pricing will be
available upon request.

4 species are included in 30 minute and the 45 minute presentations and you can have up to 7 in the 1 hour presentation. If you want more than 7 species you must select the 1 hour presentation and each species over 7 will be an additional $20 each. We can also provide Special reptiles ( LARGE Reptiles ) for additional Fees (these reptiles will require 2 reptile handlers in attendance ) Contact us or call 214-228-4966 to get a current list of available special reptiles
We suggest that only children ages 3 or older be allowed to participate in ARK Adventures, however if you have a younger child and the parent or responsible adult holds the child and they can follow our safety rules then they will be allowed to participate.
Special needs guest are always welcome to participate as long as they are capable of following the safety rules. Please let us know ahead of time if there is a special need and we can adjust our program so that they can also participate and have fun along with everyone else.
Older kids and teens and adults love The A.R.K. Adventures - they think it's 'really cool'! We adjust the show for the older kids/teens/adults, and they all have a blast!
Parents are welcomed and encouraged to stay, watch and participate in the event.
Suggestion: Book one or more of our (Special Reptiles) for your teen’s party. Ask us what we have available at the time they are BIG 6 to 12+ feet long in most cases and the teens think they are WAY cool!
Make sure you have plenty of film/disk space for your camera! There will be lots of great photo opportunities!
As an additional service, we offer a very special photo sitting for your guests. We’ll pose each guest holding one of our tame reptiles while you take the pictures. These make great take-home party favors or special additions to your thank you notes (This service is included in your standard pricing).
If you add this service, please be sure to include the bearded dragon as one of your reptile selections, as they are experts at posing for the camera! This additional service must be ordered when you make your reservation.
We also, offer this printed photos where we print the pictures while you wait. This is an additional fee of $3 per printed photo. Or you can select one of our packages. 25 printed photos for $35 or 50 printed photos for $50. This must be scheduled at the time of your reservation or with in a week prior to your event so that we can have all the needed equipment on hand.
